Stark International Locations




A few of Stark's other U.S. locations: Detroit, MI (Aerospace); Cincinnati, OH; Cleveland, OH; San Diego, CA; Chula Vista, CA (Rapid Transit Machinery); Ventura, CA, is home to The Works (an ultra-secret R&D facility); The Bay Area is home to two Stark installations one in Marin County just north of San Francisco and another in San Fran itself; Southern CA is home to Nuke U (a nuclear research facility containing three vast reactors); Omegaville (a solar-powered town of geodesic domes) near Citrusville, FL; Miami, FL; Zephyr Flats, NV (decommisioned Gamma Bomb factory from the Stane era); Dallas, TX; Houston, TX (an oil refinery); Seattle, WA.
Global branches include: London; Hong Kong--Far East Division; Lenigradsky Prospekt (industrial park, outside Moscow), Russia; Meridean Island (Caribbean); Lakani Island plant (in the Pacific Ocean); and SI's French Division, Paris; a sprawling industrial park in Berlin is the home of S.I.'s German Division. The Phillipines is home to an electronic components factory, a large industrial complex, and a food processing plant in Manilla. The Eastern European nation, Slorenia is home to a factory as well. (The small Central American nation of Costa Diablo once held a Stark installation but it was "nationalized" after a military junta took control of the country.)
SE's global stature is further enhanced by several research stations: Ice Station Eden, located in the frozen wastes of Antarctica; and Deep Stark One, a research habitat located along the floor of the Pacific Ocean.
The Stark brand is further extended by dozens of subsidiary corporations and privately held companies. Some of the more well known include Accutech and Barstow Electronics (both in CA); Cordco and Pendyne, Inc. (both in NY); as well as Funtime, Inc. (the maker of Avengers toys) and Geffen-Meyer Chemicals. Additionally, Stark owns and operates a number of charitable and philanthropic centers, most notably Stark Center--a private hospital in rural California.
