Stan On The Iron Man
Hi, Heroes,
Let's talk about a regular Joe who could be the guy next door, that is, provided the guy next door is one of the world's greatest inventors and industrial wizards! Obviously I'm referring to good ol' Tony Stark, one of my all-time favorites.
Just think about it. Virtually evey super hero in the comic book world has some incredible super power, a power they were born with or which they acquired through some freak accident or scientific mishap.
But not the amazin' Mr. Stark! Though the Invincible Iron Man is one of the most powerful do-gooders in the mighty Marvel firmament, Tony himself has no super strength, no fantastic super power, nothing except his own natural courage, intelligence and, oh yes, one other incidental item we really shouldn't overlook--The most awesome suit of armor of all time!
Armor! That's what this unique, one-of-a-kind book is all about! But it's more than just an homage to the miniaturized weaponry systems and electronic guidance circuits; it's a special tribute to the creative genius who dared to dream of devices that never were! So here's to Tony Stark, the man who molded the course of portable weaponry into the greatest mechanized force for good the world has ever known!
Excelsior!
